As a preclinical stage company, Modulus is currently focused on developing functional Modules for cell therapy applications. Our first product is a CD19 CAR + TGFb Switch Receptor targeting TGFb-high heme malignancies that incorporates novel endodomains discovered by our platform into proprietary chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and switch receptor technologies. These engineered components have shown promising results in preclinical studies, enhancing the persistence and cytotoxicity of CAR NK cells over industry benchmarks. We are actively seeking partnerships to advance this product into the clinic and bring its potentially life-saving therapies to patients in need.
